    Yea i suffered a mild groin injury while playing football ⚽️ doc said i had to rest it for at least 6 weeks and gave me exersises to do to heal. 3 months have gone by and now playing again.

    Hi! I am 12 YEARS old and i have my offseason now and i really want to Get better than my teammates. The things i think i should do is: week 1-2 Get better Stamina, Week 3-4 Speed and explosivnes, week 5, technique. And i am doing about 3-4 strength sessions A week, should i then take one or two rest days? Plz answer and i love your videos❤❤❤

    When should i start doing these exercises? After My ankle sprain, or rest until it’s soreness is gone and then start?

      Depends on severity. Typically early stage ankle sprain consists of banded ankle strengthening. When you can do these for time with little to no pain is when you can start implementing

    Dont get your hopes up ,you are either extremely fast or not thats genetics. That being said you can get faster by plyos ,jumps, strength and agility work. If you are already extremely fast AND do the work thats powerful. Maybe you are more of a central midfielder , vision ,technique ,and quick thinking can outplay a faster player. Look at kroos or müller

    Hey I’ve been doing these for 3 days straight and I need speed my coach said today at training that it was the hardest he’s every seen me work cuz of my faster speed. Is it these plyos helping me?

      Yeah, it’s possible. But going forward, I would avoid doing what you just did. Pick 2 to 3 of the exercises and perform them 2 to 3 times a week Your body may be responding to them but sooner or later you’re going to hit overtraining and potentially hurt yourself at the rate that you are going

    In football/soccer more than 80 % of the sprint distances are less than 20 meters in total - so, to train relevantly, the build up distance + the fly distance has to be shorter than recommended in this video!

      Start by doing the lower intense exercises like the isometrics. you want to keep pain at 2-3/10 at most
